GardenCart is a community directory for discovering, sharing, and verifying local produce stands. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

What GardenCart does

The app maps stand locations and details contributed by community members and stand owners. We do not operate, own, or endorse any listed stand, and we do not handle purchases, payments, or deliveries between stands and visitors.

Your account

You agree to provide accurate information when signing up and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

Content you contribute

You may contribute photos, check-ins, stand details, and ownership claims. You confirm you have the rights to anything you post, and you grant us a non-exclusive license to display your content within the app. Public content — such as stand photos and check-ins — is visible to other users.

• Do not post content that is unlawful, hateful, or abusive.
• Do not post private or contact information belonging to other people.
• Do not post spam, advertisements, or knowingly false information.

Accuracy of stand information

Stand listings are community-sourced and may be incomplete, out of date, or incorrect. Availability is seasonal and changes constantly. Please verify details before traveling, and understand that any purchase you make at a stand is solely between you and the stand operator.

Stand owners

Ownership claims are reviewed individually and require proof, such as a photo taken at the stand. Approved owners can edit their listings, post live inventory, and manage contact details. Owners are responsible for keeping their listing information accurate and current.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to scrape, overload, or interfere with the app or its services beyond normal use, and do not impersonate another person or stand operator.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or your reliance on listing information.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
